We are shipping our orders from Thailand and India. Please note, that due to some courier limitations, we are not able to ship to hotels, guesthouses, and PO boxes, so please use a private address only.

Shipping within Thailand:
Shipping domestically in Thailand is free!
All orders are sent via Thailand Post's Registered Mail and take 2-5 business days to arrive after dispatch.
Shipping within India:
Shipping domestically in India is free!
All orders are sent via India Post's Registered Mail and take up to 7 business days to arrive after dispatch.
Shipping internationally:
International orders are sent via Thailand Post (USD5) or DHL (USD15) and takes from 3 to 15 business days to arrive after dispatch, depending on delivery option selected at checkout.
Shipping for orders over USD150 is free!
Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office or courier to complete delivery. We recommend contacting your local post office or courier directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order.
Often international orders require a phone number for easier delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.
Customs & Import taxes:
Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Atman Project is legally required to declare the full value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Processing & delivery times:
All orders are to be dispatched in 1-2 business day/s.
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at atmanartcraft@gmail.com. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Our lead logistics provider DHL sends text and email notifications to customers as a convenient and fast way to keep track of their deliveries. Customers can opt-in to receive SMS updates about the status of their deliveries, including when the package has been picked up, is on its way, or has been delivered. To receive SMS notifications from DHL, customers usually need to provide their mobile phone number and opt-in for SMS updates during the checkout process or by contacting DHL customer service.
RETURNS
Returns & Exchange Policy:
We have always aimed to fully satisfy our customers. This applies to online purchases too. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any item no matter full priced or on sale. In order for that to happen though, we have the following conditions:

the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase (we suggest all items to be tried on and/or inspected as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return them within the returns timeframe);

items must be returned in original condition, unworn/unused, unaltered and unwashed;

Gift Cards – Gift Cards may not be returned and are valid for 1 year from the date of issue;

Gift Wrapping - Gift Wrapping is non-refundable;

if you have received a gift with your purchase, the gift must also be returned in sound condition otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

How to return an item?
Once we receive a Return Request from you we will contact you within two business days, and we will provide you with the address to send your return to.

Atman Project is not responsible to pay any duties & taxes for international returns if they are charged by Customs. If there is a charge it will be deducted from your final refund.
Upon receipt of the items, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We will do our best to process refunds as soon as possible but please allow us up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once finalized.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned. Atman Project is not to be held responsible for the loss of items being returned. We strongly recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
What if my item is faulty?
We're so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. Please follow the return process above and attach a photo of the fault to the Return Request. We will meet our obligations under the Thai Consumer Law or similar legislation which may include replacing the item if the stock is available or giving you a refund upon receiving your faulty item back.
If your item is damaged during posting due to wrong or inadequate packing please follow the return process above and attach a photo of the fault to the Return Request. In such case you are eligible to exchange or full refund including shipping cost.
If your item is damaged during posting due to wrong and/or inappropriate handling by the courier Atman Project is not to be held responsible. In such case you are not eligible to exchange or refund. However, please do contact us following the returns process above and attach a photo of the fault to the Return Request so we can evaluate the damage and offer you a solution.
What if I receive a wrong item?

Please note, parcels acknowledged as lost in transit by Atman Project will be reimbursed minus any logistics charges incurred due to customer error.
Do I have to pay for shipping my return?
Subject to our obligations under the Thai Consumer Law or similar legislation, for any return you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund. We strongly recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.

Can I return an item purchased online in a store ?
Yes, we will be happy to receive your return purchased online in any of our stores. However, before visiting our stores you will have to follow the return process above.

CANCELLATION and EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order. In particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address.

Due to the limited nature of our items, we do not offer exchanges on any items. Nevertheless, we want you to have a beautiful experience with our products, so do contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Do I have to pay for shipping my return?
Domestic shipping is free both in Thailand and India. We offer a flat rate USD10 for international shipping.
International shipping for orders over USD100 is free!
How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship with registered post only – both domestic and international. You can track along your order all the way. If your order is delayed or lost anywhere, we will help you with opening a complaint with international post.
If you still don’t get your order within 2 months, we will be happy to send you another one free of charge.
